The residence is divided into two separate areas, in the northernmost part there are two brand new swimming pools open for the summer season, from May to the end of September, one of which is for children, in a fenced area accessible only to guests of the residence, 2 minutes away feet from the apartments, this makes the location of the apartments more silent from the noise of the swimming pool.
