The two two-room apartments are 36sqm, with living area and fully equipped kitchenette, sofa bed, bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and bidet, small but romantic double bedroom with window separated from the living area by wall and curtain for privacy.
Ideal capacity 2 adults, or 2 adults and 1 children, or 3 adults.
Air conditioning, heating, unlimited wi-fi, TV SAT.
Fully equipped kitchen with designer pots and pans, wine glasses, toaster, kettle, moka, filter coffee machine, tea towels, pot holders, and bags for separate waste collection. Drying rack with clothespins. Broom and vacuum cleaner available.
SUITE SOLE is located on the ground floor, facing south, private veranda on the garden with table and chairs for eternity.
SUITE LUNA is located on the first floor, facing south, with a private balcony equipped with an outdoor table and chairs.
The residence is divided into two separate areas, in the northernmost part there are two brand new swimming pools open for the summer season, from May to the end of September, one of which is for children, in a fenced area accessible only to guests of the residence, 2 minutes away feet from the apartments, this makes the location of the apartments more silent from the noise of the swimming pool.
Equipment: upon your arrival you will find some coffee, salt, pepper.
Breakfast is not available.
At about 800m there is a small supermarket with fresh bread.
In the center of Lazise you can find numerous restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream parlors to enjoy local delicacies.
Just 10 minutes by car we can show you excellent supermarkets with excellent products at very good prices.

In a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery just 15/20 minutes walk from the beautiful medieval village of Lazise, (1. 200m). On foot you can reach the free beaches of the town (20 minutes approx.) Or with a few minutes by car other magnificent sandy and pebble beaches along the shores of Lake Garda.
Gardaland, Movieland, the thermal park of Villa dei Cedri di Colà, the Zoo Safari of Pastrendo, the Sigurtà garden are all reachable in a few minutes by car.
Peschiera del Garda railway station is only 10km away, bus stop at 100m.
